TNE Capital Group leads teams of like-minded investors in the purchase of B- and C-class value-add multifamily apartment buildings with a goal of providing investors with a tax-advantaged, double-digit cash-on-cash return. We provide a safe, affordable, and clean apartment living environment for families and individual tenants.
We look for 100+ unit, value-add opportunities in fast-growing sub-markets of major metropolitan cities with higher population and job growth. We are currently focusing on Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and Orlando and we are looking to expand to other geographies in the future.
We do not target turnkey, major re-positioning, and development projects.
